The protection of personal data is a real concern of the sole proprietorship operating under the trade name Mr FOX. Thus, we provide you with our data protection policy in order to inform you as clearly as possible of the processing implemented in the context of the use of the site's services.

2. Data collected

This is information transmitted by users of the site, such as email addresses, names, postal addresses, telephone numbers, etc. Essentially information useful for the delivery of our service, for sending quotes, for invoicing . These data only pass by email via the site's contact form.
None of the data collected via the contact form is stored on the servers hosting the site. The form only allows the sending of a request by email. Applications that do not result in the signing of a contract are destroyed after 6 months. The information transmitted by a customer before or during the service is kept in accordance with the general rental conditions available when signing a rental contract.

The collection of personal data is based on the information that the user provides himself by entering the contact form.
Personal data is only used in the cases provided for by the regulations in force:

  • The execution of a service concluded with the sole proprietorship Mr FOX

4. Who has access to personal data?

Only the sole proprietorship operating under the Mr FOX trade name and possibly its subcontractors - with the customer's consent - have access to the user's personal data.

5. Securing personal data

All of our website hosting  is entrusted to a French subcontractor offering firewall functionalities. 
The data transiting on our websites respect the SSL HTTPS protocol so that they are not intercepted in clear text. They are the subject of a certificate digitally signed by a certifying body.
Personal data is only accessible by members of the sole proprietorship operating under the trade name Mr FOX whose need for access is proven. No subcontractor has access to the customer database. Finally, the website  is only accessible by our administrator and does not allow the creation of external user accounts.

6. Use of cookies

See General Conditions of Use (CGU): In France, personal data is protected in particular by: Law No. 78-87 of January 6, 1978, amended by Law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004 relating to the computing, files and freedoms. Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of October 24, 1995. Law n° 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 for confidence in the digital economy. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 says “GDPR”. It is possible at any time to have access to information concerning you and have it rectified or destroyed. 7. Supervisory authority

The authority for monitoring compliance with the GDPR is the Commission Nationale Informatique et Liberté (CNIL).

8. Modification to this confidentiality charter

The sole proprietorship operating under the trade name Mr FOX reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy.

9. Your rights

In accordance with data protection laws, you have the right to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, transfer, objection to processing, data portability and (where the legitimate ground for processing is consent) to withdraw your consent. If you exercise these rights, we endeavor to respond to your requests as soon as possible, within the maximum limit provided by law of one month, without this incurring any costs, subject to any abuse of rights. In the event of a dispute or disagreement, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).
